The archive holds 36 papers for this board and 4,282 positions in total. One row is partial: where a paper serves fewer positions than it was printed with, the cell shows both numbers.

What makes the DUHS paper different

Sindh is the deepest archive here: 36 papers between 2000 and 2026. From 2000 to 2018 the paper is a 99 or 100-question NTS paper on a 210-minute clock, and several of those years hold more than one sitting.

The extra sittings are separate papers, not duplicates. Between 2009 and 2016 the archive keeps a DUHS and JSMU paper (labelled from 2010), a LUMHS paper (2009 to 2015) and an SMBBMC Lyari paper in 2015 and 2016; 2015 holds all three.

2019 is the first 200-question Sindh paper in the archive. 204 positions are held for 2023, and its retake is a separate 198-position paper. 2024 holds the 200-position paper and a 131-position reconduct.

One row records a missing position: the 2000 paper serves 99 of the 100 it was printed with. That row shows both numbers rather than pretending the paper was shorter.

Three real questions from the 2026 paper

The answer key and the explanation a student sees after answering.

  1. Question 1, English, Formal and Lexical Aspect of Language, DUHS 2026
He ran ___ the house when it started raining heavily.
    • Into (correct answer)
    • On
    • Over
    • At

    Correct answer: A

Prepositions of movement indicate trajectory into an enclosed space; 'into' denotes dynamic movement from an exterior boundary to the interior of a structure.
  2. Question 2, Biology, Evolution, DUHS 2026
According to the endosymbiotic theory, which of the following correctly explains the evolution of the eukaryotic cell?
    • A large eukaryotic cell engulfed an aerobic bacterium
    • A large aerobic cell engulfed an anaerobic bacterium
    • A large anaerobic prokaryote engulfed an aerobic bacterium (correct answer)
    • An amoeba engulfed an aerobic bacterium

    Correct answer: C

The endosymbiotic hypothesis states that an ancestral anaerobic prokaryote engulfed an aerobic bacterium, establishing a mutualistic relationship that gave rise to the eukaryotic cell.
  3. Question 3, Chemistry, Gases, DUHS 2026
    64 g of CH4 occupies 44.8 L at 2 atm. Its approximate temperature is:
    • 127 K
    • 273 K (correct answer)
    • 373 K
    • 546 K

    Correct answer: B

Using the ideal gas equation or molar volume relationships, 4 moles of CH4 occupying 44.8 L under 2 atm corresponds to a temperature of 273 K.

DUHS questions

How many Sindh MDCAT papers are in the archive?

36 papers from 2000 to 2026, 4,282 positions in total. Every 2026 paper is free, with a worked explanation for each question.

Why are there two or three Sindh papers in some years?

Because Sindh ran more than one sitting. Across 2009 to 2016 the archive keeps a DUHS and JSMU paper, a LUMHS paper (2009 to 2015) and an SMBBMC Lyari paper (2015 and 2016) as separate rows. They are different papers, not duplicates.

Is any Sindh paper incomplete?

One row records a missing position: the 2000 paper serves 99 of its 100 questions. Every other row serves the count it was ingested with.
