mymdcat is an editorial and engineering team. We build one product for students who prepare without a coaching timetable: a question bank, worked explanations, past papers, flashcards, a study plan and an AI tutor.
Who we are
mymdcat is an editorial and engineering team. We write and check the content, build the product, and answer support. We work from Karachi, and the product is for students across Pakistan.
The product is one system. The question bank, the explanations, the past papers, the flashcards and the study plan share one taxonomy and one account.

Why we built it
Exam preparation in Pakistan is expensive and opaque. A student can pay a large fee and still receive an answer key with no reasoning. The free path is cheaper, but it is hard to sequence, and a wrong answer can stay wrong for months.
mymdcat puts the question bank, the explanation, the past paper, the flashcard and the tutor in one place at one published price. A free account includes 500 practice attempts. Every attempt includes a worked explanation.
The MDCAT Pass is one price: PKR 10,000. The MDCAT and UCAT bundle is PKR 15,000. The UCAT add-on for a pass holder is PKR 5,000.
What the product does
A bank with explanations
100,000+ MCQs in the bank, with 83,000+ active today. Every active question has a worked explanation. 467 active questions have no topic yet.
SAGE, with a limit
SAGE answers from the corpus when it finds a passage and from model knowledge when it does not. A citation stops at chapter level.
Papers and flashcards
Every 2026 paper is free in timed or tutor mode. The pre-2026 archive is on the pass. The deck holds 14,062 flashcards.
One published price
PKR 10,000 for the MDCAT Pass. PKR 15,000 with the UCAT track. A pass is a one-time payment for one year.
What we do not do
- We do not run live video lectures. Study Zone is a catalogue of curated YouTube playlists.
- We do not provide a faculty or teacher dashboard. Academy partners receive a monthly report.
- We do not promise a score, a rank or an admission.
- We do not provide page-level citations. SAGE cites a chapter when it retrieves one.
