3. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) in the ap-southeast-1 (Singapore) region, the closest available server to Pakistan. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store payment information, payments are processed via WhatsApp screenshot verification.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google Gemini AI, powers the SAGE tutor. Your questions are sent to Google's API for processing. Google's AI data policies apply.
- Vercel, hosts the platform. Standard server logs are collected.
- Upstash, rate limiting service. Stores anonymous request counts only.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only when required by Pakistani law or to protect platform security.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies (sign-in session, theme preference). With your permission we also collect anonymous error reports and a short replay of the page state when something crashes, plus a small sample of performance timings. 7. Age Requirement
mymdcat is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.
8. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
