Closing merit history
Aggregate percentage for the last candidate admitted in each year. Public colleges report open-merit; private colleges report the self-finance pool.
What the merit trend shows
The MBBS self-finance closing aggregate moved from 81.50% in 2024 to 84.60% in 2025. The BDS self-finance closing aggregate moved from 78.90% in 2024 to 82.00% in 2025. The MBBS figure sits above the BDS figure in both years.
UHS builds the aggregate from three parts: 10% SSC, 40% HSSC and 50% MDCAT. 3 All four values in this chart come from the self-finance category. A candidate reports SSC, HSSC and MDCAT marks once, and UHS computes the aggregate. 3
MDCAT total marks moved from 210 to 200 to 180 across recent sessions, so one percentage is not the same raw score in every row. The UHS merit annexure works one example on a 200-mark scale and a second on a 180-mark scale. 7

Common questions
How do I apply to PRCMDC?
You apply through the UHS private-sector portal, not to the college directly. Register online, list the college in your preferences, upload documents and pay the processing fee. 3 The 2025-26 notice opens applications on 7 November 2025 and closes them on 21 November 2025. 3 You also need at least 60% in HSSC Pre-Medical to register. 3
What MDCAT score do I need?
The 2025-26 notice requires at least 55% in MDCAT for MBBS. MDCAT of 2023, 2024 or 2025 counts for that session. 3 You also need at least 60% in HSSC Pre-Medical or an IBCC equivalent. 3 The notice places the college at number 20 among the private medical colleges of Punjab. 3
How is the aggregate calculated?
UHS counts 10% of SSC marks, 40% of HSSC marks and 50% of MDCAT marks. 3 The three parts add up to the final aggregate, and UHS rounds the result to four decimals. 7 MDCAT total marks moved from 210 to 200 to 180 across recent sessions. 7 The same percentage therefore means a different raw score in every row. 7
What fee does the selected candidate pay first?
A candidate on the merit list deposits Rs. 600,000 in the UHS account within three working days. The rest of the college fee goes directly to the college. 3 The Rs. 2,000 processing fee comes earlier, at the application stage. 3
Where does clinical training happen?
Clinical training happens at Pak Red Crescent Teaching Hospital on the same campus. The directory records 500 beds at the hospital. 2 The PMDC register of recognised institutes lists the hospital as an owned hospital of the college. 5 The hospital also keeps a 24/7 radiology and pathology service for patients. 2
