What the merit trend shows

IMC allots its seats under the private self-finance pool, so its aggregates follow the self-finance merit list. MBBS self-finance aggregates moved from 80% in 2022 to 81% in 2023, then to 81.50% in 2024 and 84.60% in 2025. The series gains about 4.6 points across the four sessions.

UHS builds the aggregate from 10% of SSC marks, 40% of HSSC marks and 50% of MDCAT marks. 1 The final figure is rounded to four decimal places. 1 An equal percentage does not always mean an equal raw score across sessions.

Our fact sheet gives an estimated annual tuition of Rs. 1,500,000 for MBBS. UHS holds Rs. 600,000 at admission under the private-sector rule. 1 UHS shows a provisional merit list first and a final list after that. 1

How do I apply to IMC Faisalabad?

You apply through the UHS private MBBS portal, not to the college directly. Register, list IMC among your preferences, upload your documents and pay the Rs. 2,000 processing fee. Applications ran from 7 November to 21 November 2025 for the last cycle. 1

What MDCAT score do I need?
