What the merit trend shows

Our record holds four self-finance aggregates for MBBS. The closing aggregate moved from 80.10% in 2022 to 81.55% in 2023. It then moved to 84.10% in 2024 and 87.10% in 2025. Each later row sits above the row before it.

BDS moved in the same direction. Its closing aggregate moved from 78.00% in 2022 to 84.40% in 2025. The MBBS row sits above the BDS row in each of the four sessions.

UHS builds the aggregate from three parts: 10% of SSC marks, 40% of HSSC marks and 50% of MDCAT marks 5. The same UHS document carries the seat allocation rules for private colleges 5. Read each row as the score of the last applicant admitted.

Compare sessions with care. The MDCAT mark scale changed between 2021 and 2025, so the same percentage does not mean the same raw score in every row.

  5. Log in, choose your seat category, then enter your personal, educational and MDCAT details 5.
  6. Add Akhtar Saeed Medical and Dental College to your preference list. A college outside the list is never considered 5.
  7. Upload attested matric and HSSC result cards, domicile, CNIC or B-Form and guardian CNIC 53. Each file stays at or below one MB 5.
  8. Generate the Rs. 2,000 challan on the portal 5. Pay it at the Bank of Punjab or National Bank of Pakistan through 1Bill 5. Upload the paid receipt on the same portal 5.
  9. After the merit list appears, deposit Rs. 600,000 to the UHS account within three working days 5. Pay the rest of the fee to the college 5.
