MDCAT 2022 was held on 13 November 2022 across Pakistan. The test was administered by UHS in Punjab, KMU in KPK, and NUMS for Army Medical College and the CMH network. Sindh and Balochistan used their respective admitting universities.

Paper-leak allegations surfaced the same week and led to the Islamabad High Court's 16 October 2022 order for a fresh test and the eventual dissolution of PMC in August 2022.
