PM&DC has opened online registration for MDCAT 2026 on mdcat.pmdc.pk. The 180 MCQ format rolled out in 2025 remains in force for the 2026 cycle.

PM&DC opened online registration for MDCAT 2026 on 22 June 2026 through the dedicated portal at mdcat.pmdc.pk. The 2026 cycle uses the same 180 MCQ, 180 mark, 180 minute format that was rolled out in 2025, with subject weightage set at Biology 81, Chemistry 45, Physics 36, English 9, and Logical Reasoning 9.

CNIC or B-Form (Juvenile Identity Card)
Matric (SSC) or equivalent marksheet
Intermediate (HSSC / FSc Pre-Medical) or equivalent marksheet; A-Level and IB students must obtain IBCC equivalence
Recent passport-size photographs
Domicile certificate
Registration fee (verify the live amount on the portal)

What to expect

Registration is open until 13 July 2026. Admit cards are issued 7-10 days before the test. The test itself, originally scheduled for 16 August 2026, has been rescheduled to 20 September 2026 on the Prime Minister's directive.
