PMDC extends MDCAT 2026 registration to 13 July 2026
PM&DC has extended the MDCAT 2026 online registration deadline by one week to 13 July 2026, citing demand from candidates who had not yet completed their applications.
Registration extension to 13 July 2026
PM&DC on 8 July 2026 announced a one-week extension of the MDCAT 2026 online registration deadline, from the original 6 July 2026 cutoff to 13 July 2026. As of 10 July 2026, approximately 135,000 candidates had registered.
Why the extension
The extension was granted in response to demand from candidates who had not yet completed their applications or who were waiting on IBCC equivalence certificates for foreign qualifications. PM&DC stated that no further extension would be granted after 13 July 2026.
What candidates still need to do
Candidates who have not yet registered should complete the form on mdcat.pmdc.pk, upload the required documents (CNIC/B-Form, Matric and FSc marksheets, recent photographs), and pay the registration fee before the 13 July 2026 cutoff. Late registration is not accepted under any circumstances.
