PM&DC has released the MDCAT 2023 national result. Closing merits for top public medical colleges such as KEMU and AIMC closed above 90% aggregate.

MDCAT 2023 results

PM&DC released the MDCAT 2023 national result on 12 October 2023. The result was published on pmdc.pk and was followed within days by the provincial merit lists issued by UHS, KMU, DUHS, JSMU, LUMHS, BUMHS, and SZABMU.

Closing merit indicators

King Edward Medical University (Lahore): closing aggregate reported above 91% in open merit.
Allama Iqbal Medical College (Lahore): closing aggregate reported above 90% in open merit.
Other top public colleges in Punjab closed in the 88% to 91% range, depending on the domicile pool.

These figures are widely reported but should be re-verified against the UHS and KMU merit lists before relying on them for the 2026 cycle.
