Admissions 2026-27: KMU is open until 21 October. Here is where every province stands.
KMU opened MBBS and BDS applications on 29 September. The last date is 21 October 2026, and the final merit list lands on 12 November. Punjab, Sindh, and the federal region had not published a 2026-27 schedule as of 7 October.
KMU published the only dated 2026-27 schedule we found
Update, 19 October 2026: this article was filed on 7 October, when KMU was the only admitting university with a dated 2026-27 schedule. That has changed. Sindh opened its public sector round on 12 October, the Government of Punjab notified the admission policy on 14 October, SZABMU published the federal notice on 12 October, and NUMS opened its portal on 13 October. See Sindh, Punjab, the federal route, NUMS and the KMU deadline. One correction below: the KMU portal itself records the form as available from 1 October 2026, not 29 September.
With the results declared, the 2026-27 admission cycle has started. Khyber Medical University published its full schedule on 29 September. As of 7 October 2026, no other admitting university published a dated MBBS or BDS schedule on an official page.
